I fixed MythTV! I was having trouble after upgrading to 0.19 of no sound. Stupid me disabled something I shouldn’t have. I re-compiled it afterward, but I didn’t ‘clean’ out the directory. Cleaning, and recompiling it fixed it. Sound works, picture is good, I just need to re-scan my channels, as it seems Cablevision has moved them in the last 6 months lol.

As it turns out, the channel scanner is kinda wacky, and needs simplification from it’s normal tuning method…After I fixed that, all works well, and I was able to record the Alias series finale. I was very happy.
