As of yesterday afternoon, my foot is feeling much better. Took my Microproc test last night..ugh..but it’ll be fine.

Last night I went to go outside, and instead of stepping on the bottom of my foot (like normal people lol), I stepped on the right side of my right foot, causing me to yell as it was quite a bit of pain… But I was able to walk it off..for a while. I was fine until I took a shower, and sat down at the computer…big mistake. I had to hop over to bed. Needless to say the pain kept me awake. I got up to use the bathroom two or three times, and I had to crawl on the floor to get there. I finally was able to get to sleep around 3 or 4. Things are starting to look up however, because as of 11:45 I woke up and I could move my foot again without being in excruciating pain. So I went downstairs and got some food, and brought it back upstairs. I checked my email, wrote this entry, and talked with coworkers for a few minutes as I’m going to be missing a meeting today. Then I’m going to go lay back down, and try and sleep a little more. Hopefully I should be fine by tonight.

I posted my resume at NY Times Online, looked at monster (one thing looked interesting) and at IBM…Uh..no way can I do IBM Even their recent graduate stuff is pretty complicated. School is starting to move quick..I only have like 2 months to find a job. This is definately not fun.

A nice set of KYB GR-2 shocks are installed now Will testdrive it tomorrow and see what having a suspension is like in the 200SX lol..This week went by very fast. Time is flying…

I can’t believe it’s Thursday already…My OS program is still not done (doh!), but I’m up to date on most other things - gotta do DSP homework for tomorrow but everything is ok. Microprocessor systems last night was boring, but no more than usual. I got my emergency brake cables and speedometer cables for my car…Gotta get them installed and then I can get the car inspected. My friend Anthony found ignition timing maps for me for the 300ZX – helped me get an idea of what to set for the timing on the Autronic software. Can’t wait to get everything set hehehe…Need time and money though…neither of which I have right now. Oh well.

It would be nice if they had a working version of this software..so now this thing doesn’t track exit URLs right…Doesn’t generate pages right…Maybe if the author actually tested it against postgres, it might work better :-/ (The Exit URL tracking is most definately a postgres thing)..Alas I don’t feel like wading through code..I do enough of that at work.

Back to your normally scheduled program.

Yuck..I can’t believe it’s over already. I’m typing up some of my Telecommunications homework, and then I’m relaxing for the rest of the night. I have some Microprocessor Systems work to do, but I’ll do that before Wednesday. Ah well, it was a needed break…Hopefully I’ll be more motivated to do work now at school. :: Sigh ::

My friend Dave (who’s web page is here, and his directory of videos is here) recently got his car dynoed with the new Procharger setup – made 610 RWHP and 520 RWTQ, completely insane lol..He said he can break the tires loose at 80 MPH in 3rd gear :: evil grin :: Car’s not done yet. Good luck Dave

Hmm…well, this is good so far, but something’s wacky with the way the entries are displayed…you can see all my entries by choosing things under the Archives menu, or whatever..but..it will show the last few entries no problem…maybe there will be a bugfix..or I’ll have to look in the code myself (yea that sounds like fun)…

I did some minor updates to the pages such as getting the stylesheet to work on all the pages. I also updated the car page a little with some more info, some and some reorganizing of stuff…

I finished importing all the old entries – wrote a script to do it..apparently there were almost 100 entries so writing the code was definately worth it. Now to update the rest of the pages with the cascading style sheets.

Got iO installed today on three TVs…digital cable…one High Definition setup…it’s very nice..we’re watching “Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” on Starz right now.

Now the only problem is - now I have to figure out how I will hook up 3 component connections to a tv which only has 2 compontent inputs. Fun..more switching equipment to buy.

Well, so far this is coming out pretty good I think…Gotta get the stylesheet stuff working for the rest of my pages, but so far, I like this layout. Hope everyone else does too.

Went to my coworker’s party last night..pretty crazy. Went home at like 1:15, got a ride from Rob Moran (Thanks Rob)…Got home, took a shower, and then called KP and talked for quite a while. We haven’t seen each other since last Thursday when I helped him with his CGI homework…Basically we’re both happy with each other, but still gonna take it slow..just continue dating for at least another couple months before really committing to anything, which I’m fine with. I can’t wait until spring break so we’ll actually be able to see each other. :: Sigh ::
