Operating Systems midterm – UGH..That was not good. Still have Christian Marriage to go. Still have to do the study sheet. Food first.

One midterm down – telecommunications - not too bad really, but I have two more midterms tomorrow.
First step to getting my car on the road
My car is now insured and registered. However, now that means I have to get it fixed enough to pass inspection in 10 days lol. Dunno if I can do that…Need to get wiper arms, and brakes. Those are the MAJOR components. Gonna do an oil change and fuel filter change too..Then I can drive whenever I want..Assuming I actually motivate myself lol.
School...Fun...Not.
Classes..tons..work..tedious..annoying..ugh.
Valentine's Day :-)
Valentine’s Day - Went to see Little Shop of Horrors on Broadway with KP..It was my first Broadway play..I loved it. He got me a really cute teddy bear for Valentines. I got him a box of chocolates (somewhat last minute). We had a wonderful dinner in the city, and enjoyed the rest of the weekend…
Road Test
Had my road test today..I passed! I got my license
finally…Now I can get my car on the road and start driving. Still
gotta work on a few things a little, but overall I’m good enough
to pass lol…I have another essay for Christian Marriage due
tomorrow..Don’t know if I’ll have it done, but…This weekend
will be nice, it’s Valentines Day on Saturday. KP and I are
going to see Little Shop of Horrors on Broadway…I loved
that movie when I was younger..and this is my first Broadway
show, I can’t wait.
Adaptation - Not Your Average Movie
Had a nice night last night, watched the movie Adaptation with KP. The movie was pretty good, very interesting in the way it worked out. Weather forecast says snow again this week, maybe it’ll happen on Wednesday… 
Snow Day!
Had the day off from school today because of the snow, so after cleaning up the 8 inches or so of snow from the driveway, I decided to take a trip. Went to see ‘him’ (KP from now on, I don’t like that nickname, but don’t want to give everything away here..) at his dorm at school. Had a nice time, got to see where he goes to class – took a picture of the building..but..stupid me left the camera in manual mode…and it came out this dark mess instead of a building. Ah well. Went out to dinner at a really nice place, had a great time.

Loads of Stuff
Friday! Classes ARE bleh. lol On a serious note, there is an aspect which has never come through on this web page. However I feel that those who need to know, already know, so it won’t be a surprise, and to those who don’t know…They never needed to know, or it never came up. Well, I don’t think I need to say anything directly after writing the next line..I have a boyfriend (well, hoperfully…just dating at the moment, but here’s hoping…) that I’ve met recently, and I’ve been having a really good time being with him. At first things just seemed like they were doomed, becuase I was supposed to go out with him earler in the month on a Friday, but things happened, and then it snowed for our re-scheduled date on Sunday, and then we finally met on Monday, the day before classes start. I met his family today, and what a trip to get there lol..We were supposed to be where he lives at 8:30..well, lets just say that we missed a detour and ended up in Jersey! But then we made it there not too late. Then we hung out at his place for a while, before some of his other friends came over, then we all went to a movie. We saw “The Butterfly Effect” which was much better than anticipated (which is a trend for me recently..). Then we got some dessert at a diner, then headed home. He didn’t get lost going back home thankfully.. lol We don’t have a million things in common, but that’s OK – we have some things, and we like each other, which is the imporant thing.

Merry Christmas! I got a few things, nothing too crazy,except I got myself a digital camera, a Fuji Finepix S7000..Really nice… Other than that, some clothes, some money, ya know, the usual.

Well..tests are over, the UNIX test WAS cake…I ended up with an A in UNIX, an A in Computer Engineering Design, a B in Electomagnetics, a C+ in Discrete Structures, anda C+ in Chinese and Japanese Philosophy…The holidays are here, my Christmas shopping is done, I re-did my firewall, and I started cleaning up my web server too. I’ve been relaxing withmy family, watching movies. Saw Finding Nemo (don’t ask lol), it was OK,saw League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (eh, cool ships and stuff, movie was all right I guess), and finally Matrix: Reloaded tonight (saw itin the theater too). A few more days of relaxation, then I getstarted on this project that could make me some good money. Timewill tell. Happy Holidays.
