Three down, one test, one paper to go. I’m working on thepaper right now, it’s a complete nightmare. I don’t really care how goodor bad it ends up at this point. I’m writing things down, and then I’mgonna hand it in. I just don’t care. I will never take anotherphilosophy class in my life, nor do I ever what anything to do withit ever again. The test tomorrow will be cake.

Not only did I re-install Debian..but…the networkcard I had decided it was time to go. So I had to replace that aswell. It seems to be running much better.

Almost 4 months after I replaced the original ‘superman,’I had to get rid of FreeBSD. I’m sorry..it’s a good OS, but updatesare not fun, and it was the second time it randomly went bezerk..sooff it went..I am going to compile a custom kernel for the computer, with IPv6 support, (which will work once I re-do my router AGAIN),get DNS running on it again, then it’ll be set.

In between 9/23/03 and 11/26/03…We had Mike’s car dynoed…it made283 RWHP, near the 290 number I was shooting for…with a cool down, itwould have made 290 or more..I was happy. The engine was swapped outfor one from a 99 GT, and a Vortech blower was substituted for the SVO.The car pulls, with like NO timing whatsoever - we’re talking 5 degreesof advance here. Should be interesting to see what it does when it’sfinished being tuned…There may be an exhaust leak… :-(

I had the worst night sleep last night I’ve had in a verylong time. It’s definately not a good idea to have brownies before goingto bed, I think the chocolate had a lot to do with me not being able toget to sleep. The stress of having two tests this week doesn’t helpeither, along with the frustration of trying to get Mike’s car runningwell, as well as eventually tring to get my license and my car onthe road. This week I hope turns out well.

Well, it’s official – I hate school, and Engineering sucks..While it should help me get a job being an ‘engineer’ and all, it doesn’tmean I want to have anything to do with engineering for the most part..I would like to go into broadcast engineering or perhaps editing, or hellmaybe even have a side job tuning cars computers lol…I have no idea…Ijust know that I can not wait until the end of this year forschool to end…then, I need a job. Somebody give me a job damnit!!!!!

Back to school as of Monday – and so far it sucks :-( I wouldmuch rather be working or at home than being in school. We’ll see whathappens.

I’m here waiting for people to come in to the room so I can teachthem Adobe Premiere. Thus far nobody is here, and therefore makes my job easiertoday :-)

Once again, both NY and I get to be apart of history. This timeit was the “Great Blackout of 2003.” It happened on the 14th at about 4:14PM, and lasted here until about 7:45 AM on the 15th. No major problems, except Canada is blaming us, and we’re blaming Canada. Some say it startedbecause of Michegan, we’ll find out soon enough. My server came backup wirthout a hitch, and I’m about to go to my job and bring ourservers back online.

The original “superman” is no more – The data has been copied from the PowerMac to a 233MHz Pentium MMX based machine. It’s faster, and hopefully more reliable – it all started because I cleaned up the wires behind my desk…and cleaned out the insides of the computers..should have left well enough alone :-( Gotta finish some configuration, but at least my network isn’t broken, and 99% of the web stuff is online.
