Some people are just stupid.

It’s almost over!!!! I can’t wait for this semester to end…I’ve been so tired this week it’s not even funny. Nothing else is reallynew, I got a couple of videos from friends’ cars, but thats about it. Timeto go to lunch now.

Well, that second test didn’t do well..lol..But..the third testwhich I got back recently, did. I got the highest grade in my section,a 78. Only 1 80, and 1 100 in the other section beat me Soon I willbe rebuilding the preamp! The Marshall channel will be moved to a seperatechassis, and the other preamp will be rebuilt and properly mounted. I’mthinking of adding a cathode follower to it, and driving a Marshall styletone stack at the end for some really good control over the tone. Thiswill happen…..Whenever I have time lol.

School is going better – just had my second Electronics testtoday, and I think I did well. Working on TimeKeeper..will have a demo siteup REAL soon.

Have I mentioned that Apple is a pain in the butt? I got afree 2GB HD from a friend, to put in my webserver..Haha fat chance.Worked fine under linux, but I only have room for one drive, and youneed MacOS to boot the machine…and it refused to initialize the drive.Kinda stunk. Too many things to do for school for this week, includingpictures for the yearbook. This weekend will be fun, Mike is puttingin his supercharger. Should be a fun ride. I will definately havesome video clips to share…

Classes stink, but what else is new…Finally finished aproject from EE Lab I, after much trial and tribulation..Now to get onwith this semester.

Happy New Year! Apparently it’s been quite a whilesince I last updated this page… I’ve been a very busy student / worker!Well, I made it out of all my classes – except for my lab which I’mtrying to resolve - I have an Incomplete for some reason… I got a C+ in Signals & Systems, a B+ in Electronics 1, a B in BiblicalStorytelling, a B+ in Probability & Statistics, and an A inDiscrete Math! Overall I did pretty well, with a GPA of 3.118 forthe semester, and 3.156 overall. Christmas Eve was nice, we went upto my aunt’s house and had dinner and gave out 2 small gifts toeveryone. Christmas Day, on the other hand, was OK, but we weremissing 8 people (2 families) because of the weather. I ended upgetting a board game, a puzzle, a Dilbert Calander, a toolkit, some clothes, and the following DVDs: Ferris Bueler’s Day Off,Caddyshack, and This is Spinal Tap. It was nice to get a few days off of work as well as school, but the new year was not very happy so far – on new year’s eve my grandmother went into the hosptial, thankfuilly she’s OK now.Also, I was informed that as a Christmas present, we were being audited at work! This meant that I had to go in on the 2nd. Oh, and to top it all off, I was sick during my entire vacation with a bad cold and cough. Thankfully I am recovering from this now.In HDTV land, I picked up a Dish 5000 receiver along with a 8VSB “Re-Modulator” which allows you to watch HBO & Showtime in High Definition! This was definately worth the price. I’ve recordedlike 10 movies already, so I’ve made back a bit of the price…Work resumes on the 6th, this monday. I have to learn Adobe Premierebackwards and forwards, and teach it in the next week. I also haveto return some defective equipment, and get our power and databackup solutions online ASAP. THEN, school resumes on the 20th –I hope I get this silly lab grade resolved by then, because it turnsinto an “F” if the professor doesnt get off her butt and returnmy call or my email! Oh well. That’s all for now!

Cold weather sucks! I’m at the college right now, but Ifeel weak, don’t really want to go to any classes. I may or may not. I havea sore throat that I thought I got rid of, but two of my cousins were sickand I think that didn’t help things very much.

Update on Mike’s car: Not dropping a Cobra motor into his GT - Ordered a SVO supercharger instead. Should give a bit of HP as well. Also plans on doing the 99+ ported headswap, and a custom cam. A friend Daverecently did the 99+ headswap, which were ported by DTA, and he picked upalmost 80 RWHP! (Custom cam as well) Should be interesting with Mike’s car,having a supercharger and all.

Will be adding my links from my bookmarks to the links page soon.Decided that either Keith Craft or Fox Lake would be a good place to get a347 motor, and that long tubes are the order of the day.

Friday the 13th – What a day from hell! 3 Quizzes, 2 of 3which really sucked..One wasn’t that bad. Cars: My good friend Mike recentlygot black leather sets for his Mustang, and I must say, they are a HUGEimprovement over the original seats. Also, in a few months he will bedropping a 2001 Cobra motor into his GT, should help him pick up some HP.

One year ago today, disaster struck the US. Today there areanniversary memorials, but, I think that most people are not as concerned as they probably should be. On lighter notes, classes are going decent, theschool has finally realized that most of the computer engineers in my yearare drastically behind because of lack of good teachers. As a result, the good teachers are going to be showing us stuff we should have learned likea year ago. I bought a LaserDisc player, and quite a few movies…One wouldwonder why I would invest in old technology – cause it’s cool old technology. I will be trying to update my pages more often, starting with getting rid ofold info…

Last day of work for the summer. It’s nice to get a few days breakbefore having to get back to school on Monday. The summer was cool, I got a lotof things done. Things will not be the same going back to class…TITAN is definatelyunique and fun.
